The stones used to create this piece have come from Mother Earth, therefor harness energy. I personally believe the use of Gemstones and Crystals can be very beneficial for the wearer. Through wearing these pieces, along with the daily practice of guided meditation and affirmations, I have experienced an abundance of healing overtime. I hope this piece brings you peace and joy.

Selecting your Bracelet Size
Measure your wrist with a tape measure. Add 1/2" to your measurement. For a looser fit, add 1" to your measurement. If you do not have a tape measure, use a piece of string to measure your wrist, then use a ruler to measure the string.
Remove before showering, exercising or swimming. I also remove mine before washing my hands, dishes or cooking. Avoid chemicals such as perfumes, lotions or harsh cleaning agents, this includes hand sanitizer.
If you wish to clean your bracelet, I suggest mixing a small amount of mild soap with warm water. Soak a soft cloth with the mixture and ring out the excess water. Gently wipe down your bracelet and dry with a clean cloth. Your piece should look like new.
To cleanse and re-charge your piece, I recommend a selenite tower or plate. Please note, all pieces are placed on a selenite plate before being shipped.
